Blueberries: Blueberries are a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin C and manganese. Blueberries are also a good source of fiber and copper. Blueberries are phytonutrient superstars.
Avocados: Avocados are a good source of pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, vitamin K, copper, folate, vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin E, and vitamin C.
